I put this together as I finally let go of doing operational and management work, because I will be now focusing on strategy. I have noticed in strategic planning, which at its heart is change management, it is the small victories that show you are doing well. Someone might repeat your idea or phrase, or you might see someone start to come to a similar conclusion. They are very small compared to the big operational deadlines that you can easily see.
So this is for everyone working in DEI, which for me is also at its heart change management.
