Based on some feedback I have written a new presentation titled “15 minute introduction to Diversity and Inclusion for workplaces”.
I wrote this to allow people to have a quick introduction to several topics that I feel have been left out of the conversation around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
These are such topics as making Intersectionality the focus, understanding the depth and breadth of being marginalised, and how to help even when you are not in a position of power.
