Not the Only One is a website that allows people to search over 11,000 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion articles, stories and quotes.
This was built to house the stories of the most marginalised people, who usually aren’t even in “the room”. This ties in with the first area of transformational DEI – centre the most marginalised people.
If you don’t enter in a search there are 9 items randomly selected to get you started.
You can also view the code at Not the Only One Organisation on Github.
