I know social impact is really difficult to measure, especially in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
But it always causes a moment’s hesitation when I see annual reports or 2021 reviews with the majority of the information about funding, clients, members, or events.
Given that it is difficult to do, does anyone have examples of impact in end of year reviews they would like to share?
Do you have any qualitative or quantitative examples? If it even possible to have quantifiable examples?
I should point out I like keeping track of views on my impact page, but that isn’t how I see impact. I just wanted to fill out the page a bit for my own needs!
