I recently applied for a diversity role at the Australian Academy of Science.
Because I am interested in reviewing organisations I took it as an opportunity to try my hand at putting together a “Diversity and Inclusion Review”.
It’s a bit clunky at the moment both in the design and the content. I did end up trying to review the decadal plan but didn’t spend a lot of time on it.
