Suggestion of what to write when there isn’t diversity on a panel or at a conference

This is what I use as my default when I want to complain about the lack of diversity on a panel or at a conference. Please feel free to use this as the basis of any written correspondence you would like to make with organisers in the future.

The apparent lack of diversity in this panel is disappointing.

I would like to suggest that the organisers have a look at the practical ideas to hold a diverse and inclusive panel, including the idea of using the Intersectionality Spectrum to visualise the diversity of the speakers they are inviting.
